Returns & Exchanges 
We permit returns and exchanges within 15 business days of receiving the package only and in reference to the following conditions. 
    1) Size of product received differs from the order of size placed 
    2) Received a product that is different from the product ordered with us
    3) Received the product in a poor or damaged condition
On receipt of any of the above circumstances, please return products to us in its original packing, in its unaltered and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase. You will need to contact us at customercare@teeze.shop  immediately or within 24hours of receiving the package, else the products will be considered sold. 
Promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange. In case of an exchange, the amount of the product will be issued to you in the form of a credit note with a validity of 3 months. 
A refund is provided only for prepaid orders and is not applicable for Cash on Delivery Orders. All disputes shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only and in English language.
Important Note:
At the time of taking the delivery of the products you ordered, please ensure that the product received is  un damaged, unaltered, properly packed and acknowledge the same in writing to the delivery person. In case the packaging looks opened, damaged or tempered in any manner whatsoever, please do not hesitate to refuse the delivery of the product. Reach us at customercare@teeze.shop
    1. Cancellation 
In case you need to alter or cancel your order, you are requested to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order via email customercare@teeze.shop from Monday to Friday between 12-6PM. Allow us 48 hours to provide a solution.
